Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Blankets can be machine-washed cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC). Don't use bleach and don't dry-clean. It's best to hang-dry, but tumble-drying can be used on a low cycle if necessary.
